This page describes what actually happens to information submitted through copfellowshipchurch.com. We've kept it plain and specific to this site, rather than a generic template — if something below stops being accurate, it should be corrected here.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to our team through Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. We only use what you share to respond to you — never for marketing, and never shared outside our team. The form also uses a hidden "honeypot" field and Google reCAPTCHA to filter out automated spam submissions before they reach us; reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and operates under Google's own privacy policy.
Giving
The Give page uses an embedded button from Tithe.ly, a third-party giving platform. When you choose to give, you leave this site and interact directly with Tithe.ly's secure platform — we don't collect or handle your payment information ourselves. Tithe.ly's handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, available on their site.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how people use this site — which pages are visited, roughly how visitors found us, and similar general patterns. We do not use this to identify individual visitors. If and when Analytics is active on this site, Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Fonts
This site loads typefaces from Fontshare, a third-party font service. Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Fontshare's servers, which — like any web request — includes standard technical information such as your IP address. We don't control or receive this data ourselves.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other websites. Google Analytics, if active, may set its own first-party cookies to distinguish visitors in aggregate reporting.
Your information
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. If you'd like us to delete a message you've sent us, or have any question about how your information is handled, contact us and we'll take care of it.
